Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program - The Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) offers help to women between the ages of 50 and 64 who cannot afford these important cancer screenings. Free clinical breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap tests and mammograms are offered to women who qualify. Women may receive these services from many area physicians or nurse practitioners including those in Newton. To schedule an appointment or for more information call 1-800-331-1689.
