- Jasper County Health Department-Behavioral Health is hiring! We have the following position available in our Richland office at 117 N Boone Street, Olney, IL.
- Substance Use Disorder Counselor/Case Manager: Substance use disorder treatment providers are required to have a CADC or licensure.
- Job duties include:
- • Assessing consumers, establishing diagnoses, developing treatment plans collaboratively with consumers by defining goals, specific outcomes and time-frames for treatment.
- • Providing counseling and clinical services to consumers
- • Providing crisis intervention to stabilize consumer's condition by utilizing short-term crisis intervention techniques and/or referral to other support services.
- • Plans, develops, and facilitates group programs to be used with consumers.
- • Providing counseling, skill building, and other clinical services to individuals.
- • Paperwork: Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted according to the requirements of the program and funding source
- • Public Relation/Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, develop and maintain contact and relationships with referral sources
- • Miscellaneous: Participate in community meetings, marketing of program, explore new services and referral sources, other duties as assigned

- Part-Time Clerical Position: We are currently accepting applications for a part-time clerical position to join our team in our Newton office, for approximately 20 hours per week. This role offers the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and our needs. Starting rate of pay for this position is $17.09 with annual increases as budget allows.
